Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our referrals providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
• Answer and return phone inquiries promptly
• Maintain a tidy and organized storage and office area
• Schedule tours and manage calendars
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
• Assist with file creation for move-in's
• Ensure welcome and tour gifts are available
• Assist with special projects or events as needed

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in learning new computer applicationsPrevious office experience is preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Bilingual proficiency is advantageous but not required
